    Orders are processed within:

    • 1–2 business days for in-stock items

    • Orders placed on weekends/holidays ship the next business day

    United States:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

    • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

    International Orders:

    • Standard International: 7–21 business days

    • Times vary by country and customs clearance

    3. Shipping Carriers

    We ship using:

    • USPS

    • UPS

    • DHL

    • FedEx

    Carrier is automatically selected based on your location and shipping speed.

    4. Shipping Costs

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Destination

    • Shipping method

    • Order weight

    Free shipping promotions (if active) will be clearly displayed on the Site.

    5. Tracking Information

    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

    • Tracking number

    • Carrier name

    • Link to track your order

    Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

    6. Incorrect Address

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
    If the address is incorrect:
