Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, returns, and exchanges apply.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided the item is:

• Unused

• In original condition

• Free from stains, odors, wear, or damage

• In original packaging

Due to hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns for items that appear worn or used.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used braces

• Items without original packaging

• Clearance or final-sale items

• Gift cards

• Damaged items not caused by us or the shipping carrier

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for:

• Wrong size

• Wrong item delivered

• Manufacturing defect

Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• If the product is defective or incorrect → We cover return shipping.

• If returning for personal reasons (size change, no longer needed, changed mind) → Customer covers return shipping.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method

• Processing time: 5–10 business days

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Email us within 48 hours with photos

• We will send a replacement or issue a refund

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel within 12 hours of placing an order.
After the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
